SEO & digital marketing

A digital marketing agency measured on revenue, not reporting

We run SEO, paid media, content and web programmes for companies across the US, UK, Europe, the Gulf and India. What separates us is what we report on: qualified pipeline and what each opportunity cost to win. Rankings and impressions are diagnostics, and we treat them that way.

Why ASqware

An agency that argues with your metrics, not just your budget

Most agency relationships fail the same way. The reporting looks healthy, the sales team is unimpressed, and nobody can reconcile the two because the numbers being reported were never connected to revenue. We start at the other end.

  • Senior people do the work

The strategist in the pitch is the strategist on the account. No handover to a junior team in month two, which is the most common and least discussed failure mode in this industry.

  • Measurement before spend

We rebuild tracking before we run campaigns. Bad data does not produce obviously bad decisions — it produces confident ones, and those cost considerably more to unwind.

  • You own everything

Ad accounts, code, content and data stay in your name. Leaving should be easy, so that staying is a decision rather than a switching cost.

  • Built for AI search, not just Google

A growing share of buyers never reach a website — they ask an AI assistant and act on the answer. We structure content so you are the source it quotes, which is now as important as ranking.

How we work

Five steps, in the same order, every time

The order matters more than the tactics. Almost every failed programme we are asked to rescue skipped step one or step two, then spent a year optimizing something that was never measurable.

  1. Understand the economics

What a customer is worth, what proportion of enquiries close, and therefore what you can afford to pay to acquire one. Three numbers, rarely written down, and everything downstream is arithmetic once they exist.

  2. Fix the measurement

Analytics, conversion tracking and CRM feedback rebuilt so that every later decision rests on something real. This is unglamorous and it is where most of the eventual return is decided.

  3. Build the foundations

Site speed, landing pages, technical fixes and account structure put in order before media spend starts. Advertising into a broken funnel is an expensive way to discover it is broken.

  4. Run the programme

Campaigns, content and optimization on a weekly rhythm, with every change logged and dated so that when something moves we can say what caused it.

  5. Review and compound

Monthly reviews that decide what to stop, what to scale and what to test next. Stopping things is usually the higher-value half of that conversation.

How we work with you

Remote by design, not by compromise

Most of our clients are in a different country and several are in a different hemisphere. That works because search and paid media are not proximity businesses — what matters is response time, reporting discipline and whether the person on the call did the work.

  • Overlapping hours, not overnight handoffs

We hold working hours that overlap the US East Coast, the UK and the Gulf. You get replies during your day, not a queue of answers waiting the next morning.

  • Written by default

Decisions, reasoning and change logs are written down rather than left in a call. Distributed work fails when the record lives in someone's memory.

  • Your market, researched properly

Search behaviour, competitors and seasonality are researched for the market you sell into. We do not assume what works in one country transfers to another.

  • Straightforward contracting

We invoice in your currency, work to your jurisdiction's data rules, and sign your paperwork rather than insisting on ours.

Currently working with clients in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and India.

What our clients say

Local search

Local SEO, where proximity actually decides the sale

For businesses with a physical catchment, the map results matter more than anything else on the page. These are the local markets we publish detailed guidance for — the same approach applies to any city we work in.

Questions

Answers to what people ask first

What does a digital marketing agency do?

A digital marketing agency takes responsibility for finding and converting customers online — across search, paid advertising, social, content, email and the website itself. The useful distinction between agencies is not which channels they offer but whether they connect the work to revenue. Many report on traffic and engagement because those numbers are easier to make look good.

How do I choose a digital marketing agency?

Ask for case studies with verifiable data rather than screenshots, ask who will actually do the work day to day, and ask what they would measure success on before you mention your budget. Then ask what they would refuse to do. An agency that has never turned down work has no standard, and an agency that cannot explain its reasoning is selling activity rather than outcomes.

How much does a digital marketing agency cost?

Retainers commonly run from around $1,500 a month for a single channel to $15,000 and above for a full multi-channel programme, with wide variation by market and scope. Freelancers sit below that range and large network agencies well above it. A more useful approach is to work backwards from what a customer is worth to you rather than benchmarking against what other companies pay.

Should we hire an agency or build an in-house team?

It depends on scale. One in-house specialist gives you depth in one channel and costs a full salary; an agency retainer at similar annual cost gives you several specialists part-time plus tooling. In-house wins once your spend is large enough to keep a full team genuinely busy. The strongest setups we see are usually one in-house marketing lead directing an agency.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes — that is most of our work. We run programmes for clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, the GCC and Singapore, with working hours that overlap your business day and reporting in your currency. Search and paid media are not proximity businesses; what matters is response time and whether the person on the call did the work.

How quickly will we see results?

Paid search can produce enquiries within days of launch. Technical SEO fixes often move within weeks. Content and organic rankings take three to six months to become visible and six to twelve for competitive terms. We report leading indicators monthly so the slower work is never a matter of faith.

Do you work on a retainer or per project?

Mostly retainers, because search, content and lifecycle work compound and cannot be judged over a few weeks. Website builds, audits and single landing pages are priced as a fixed scope. We will give you a real figure for your situation after one conversation rather than a range designed to get a meeting.
